Professional sound training.
Three pathways.

Mystic Meditations certification programmes teach sound as both an art and a responsibility, through sound science, nervous-system awareness, ethics and guided practice. Choose where to begin, or follow the full pathway.

Foundational
The starting point. Two days of sound science, ethics and hands-on practice, ending in a practical competency assessment.
Advanced
The next step for practitioners who have the foundations and want to design sessions around nervous-system regulation.
40-Hour
The complete pathway. Both trainings plus a practicum and assessment, leading to the Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner credential.

    01 / Foundational

    Foundational Sound Practitioner Certification

    Learn to move beyond playing instruments and begin facilitating complete sound experiences with intention, structure and care. Sound science, instrument practice, nervous-system education, trauma-informed principles and ethical facilitation.

    Advanced Sound Practitioner Certification: Designing Sound for Nervous System Regulation™

    For practitioners ready to move beyond intuition alone. Advanced facilitation, group dynamics, trauma-informed space holding, emotional pacing, music theory and session architecture, drawing on neuroscience and Somatic Experiencing® principles.

    03 / 40-Hour

    40-Hour Sound Therapy Certification

    One comprehensive professional pathway: Foundations, Advanced Facilitation, a practicum and an assessment. Graduates who complete it receive the Mystic Meditations Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner credential.
